At SENSOFT, we develop software, financial, payment and education solutions for businesses, institutions and individuals.

Our technologies make it possible to handle payments, digitise business processes, administer schools and optimise operations through reliable, secure tools.

This Privacy Policy (“the Policy”) describes:

It also sets out our compliance commitments, in particular our ISO 27001 certification, and refers to our internal backup and archiving policies for further detail.

Depending on the services used, SENSOFT may act as:

• Data controller, when it determines the purposes of data processing (e.g. management of user accounts in KAIROS, SELATIS or CYNOD).
• Data processor, when it processes data on behalf of its clients (e.g. schools using Kairos, financial partners integrated with CYNOD or SELATIS).

Definitions

In this Policy:

• “SENSOFT”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SENSOFT SA, the publisher of the software solutions described.
• “Personal data” means any information that makes it possible to identify a person directly or indirectly (name, email, identifiers, payment information, and so on).
• “Services” means the software, mobile applications, APIs, web platforms and client portals developed by SENSOFT, including but not limited to: CYNOD, KAIROS, SELATIS and other business solutions.
• “Financial partners” means the banks, payment processors, telecoms operators and regulated institutions SENSOFT works with in order to provide its services.
• “Users” covers, depending on the context:
• End clients: businesses, institutions or organisations subscribing directly to SENSOFT solutions.
• End users: individuals or students using our services through our clients (e.g. a student enrolled through Kairos, a consumer using CYNOD or SELATIS).
• Representatives: founders, directors or managers acting on behalf of a client.
• Visitors: anyone browsing our websites or applications without being logged into an account.

This policy applies to all products and services published by SENSOFT, in particular (non-exhaustive list):

• CYNOD and its payment variants
• KAIROS and its educational applications
• SELATIS and other financial solutions
• Any other application developed and published by SENSOFT or its partners

1. The data we collect

We collect various categories of data, depending on the product used and the features enabled:

• Identification data: surname, first name, telephone number, email address, login credentials.
• Financial and transactional data: payment information, transaction history, balances, settlement methods.
• Academic and administrative data: information relating to enrolments, results and academic progress.

• Sensitive data (where applicable): geolocation (e.g. connected payment terminals), supporting documents submitted for regulatory purposes (KYC).
