KAIROS: a 100% digital campus for a connected academic experience
Context & challenges
A long-standing SENSOFT client since the very first version of Kairos, Groupe IAM has followed the platform’s development through to its current version (V4 since 2019).
In an environment where academic, administrative and financial management determines performance, IAM wanted to:
• centralise the management of its programmes and students,
• modernise its campuses with innovative digital tools,
• strengthen the transparency and efficiency of its internal processes.
A notable moment: during a change of management, Kairos was put through a full audit. After assessment, the new governance confirmed its strategic role
and decided to keep it as the backbone of its steering.
